COPYRIGHT LICENSE AGREEMENT

ULTRA NATURE-20 | LARGE PRINT SERIES (TIFF, 300 DPI+)

This Copyright License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between JungLWest (“Licensor”) and the Buyer (“Licensee”), effective upon acquisition of the Licensed Work.

1. LICENSE PLANS

ONE-TIME USE LICENSE (NON-EXCLUSIVE)

• Grant of License:
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to produce and display one (1) physical print of the Licensed Work for private or commercial interior use.

• Term:
Perpetual for the single authorized print.

• Territory: Worldwide.

• Restrictions:
No resale, redistribution, or reproduction beyond the single permitted print.

No sublicensing, NFT minting, digital resale, or AI training.

Additional prints require a separate license.

• Ownership & Credit:
The Licensed Work remains the intellectual property of Licensor.

• Attribution:
Recommended for corporate or commercial installations as: “Photography by ILAPTIKO / Iraskaya PhotoStudio”.

EXCLUSIVE LICENSE (3 YEARS)

• Grant of License:
Licensor grants Licensee an exclusive, non-transferable right to produce and display unlimited physical prints of the Licensed Work across multiple locations, with exclusivity for three (3) years.

• Permitted Use:
Display in luxury hotels, corporate headquarters, private collections, and high-end commercial interiors.

• Exclusivity:
Licensor will remove the Licensed Work from public sale for the agreement duration.

• Term: Three (3) years.

• Territory: Worldwide.

• Restrictions:
No resale, sublicensing, or digital distribution of the Licensed Work.

No NFT minting, AI usage, or modifications beyond scaling and color adjustments.

Renewal or permanent exclusivity is available upon request.

• Ownership & Credit:
The Licensed Work remains the intellectual property of Licensor.

• Attribution: Required for commercial settings as: “Photography by ILAPTIKO / Iraskaya PhotoStudio”.

2. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• LICENSE ACTIVATION
The license is activated upon download of the original high-resolution file or the issued license key.

• INDEMNIFICATION
Licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from unauthorized use or breach of this Agreement.

• TERMINATION
Any violation of the restrictions will result in immediate license termination without refund.
