All primary products offered on this website are digital goods.
Delivery is initiated once payment is successfully confirmed.
• Digital products are delivered via secure download, email delivery, or account access
• Delivery is typically instant or completed shortly after purchase
• No physical shipping applies to digital items
• No shipping fees are charged for digital delivery
2. Exceptional Complimentary Physical Items
In rare cases, a purchase may include complimentary physical items provided at our sole discretion.
These items:
• Are not guaranteed and do not form part of the purchased product or license
• Are provided free of charge as a courtesy
• Carry no replacement, refund, or resale value
• Do not modify or extend the scope of any digital license
When applicable, complimentary items are produced and fulfilled by third-party partners.

If complimentary physical items are included:
• Production begins only after digital purchase confirmation
• Production timelines typically range from 4–7 business days
• Items are shipped directly from the third-party manufacturer
• Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent when available
Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier, and availability.
4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Complimentary physical items are shipped using standard carrier services.
• International Delivery: 7–14 business days after production
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, weather conditions, or regional service disruptions.

6. International Shipping, Customs & Taxes
For complimentary physical shipments:
• Customers may be responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their country
• Junglwest is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities
7. Shipping Restrictions
Complimentary physical items cannot be shipped to:
• P.O. Boxes
• APO/FPO addresses
• Certain restricted or sanctioned countries

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a complimentary package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:
• Please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number
• If unresolved, contact us at exec@junglwest.com and we will assist where possible
Damaged Items
If a complimentary item arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Provide clear photo documentation of the damage and packaging
Damage claims submitted without photo evidence may not be approved.
