1. Digital Products — No Returns

All digital products are final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Copyrighted music, audio, and sound design

• One-time or limited-use licenses

• Digital artwork, graphics, PNG files

• Any downloadable digital asset

Once a digital item has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Limited Exceptions

A refund or replacement for a digital product may be considered only if:

• The file is technically defective or corrupted and cannot be replaced, or

• The wrong file was delivered due to a verified error on our side.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with clear documentation.


2. Physical Products — Return Eligibility

Physical products are produced on demand and fulfilled after the associated digital asset, design, or license is finalized.

Physical items are eligible for return only under the following circumstances:

a. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Photo proof is required. Upon approval, we will issue a replacement or refund.

b. Incorrect Item or Not as Described

If you receive an item different from what you ordered or materially not as described, notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


3. Conditions for Physical Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

• Custom, personalized, limited, or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective


4. Return Shipping Costs

Vendor Responsibility

If the return is due to damage, defect, incorrect item, or misrepresentation, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Customer Responsibility

Returns due to wrong size, change of mind, or other non-defective reasons are not accepted, as items are produced on demand.

Late Returns

Returns initiated beyond the stated return window may be refused. If accepted at our discretion, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.


5. Photo Proof Requirement

Clear photo evidence of damage or defects is required to process any physical return. This helps ensure fast and fair resolution.


6. Return Process

Include:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photo proof (if applicable)

Approved returns will receive further instructions by email.


7. Refunds & Replacements

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Replacements may be issued instead of refunds where appropriate.


8. Bundled Orders (Digital + Physical)

If an order includes both digital and physical components:

• The digital component is always non-refundable

• Once a digital item has been downloaded, the physical item becomes non-returnable

If you are unsure about the physical product, we strongly recommend waiting to download the digital content until the physical item is received.


9. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Sale or clearance collections

• Downloadable digital items

• Licenses, copyrights, or digital access of any kind
