Copyright License Agreement for Apparel Graphic – Digital File (PNG)

This agreement is made between Junglwest ("Licensor") and the Buyer ("Licensee"), effective upon acquisition of the Licensed Graphic Work (Digital File, PNG).

Plans Quick Overview

• GIG

Great for single projects or one-off product ideas.

Use the artwork on one product line (e.g., a specific t-shirt style, hoodie style, tote bag style, etc.).

Valid for the lifetime of that product line.

• TOUR

Perfect for growing brands.

Use the artwork across multiple product lines under the same brand or shop.

No expiration.

General Terms for All Plans

License Activation

Your license activates right when you purchase it.

It’s tied to your email and the license key stored in the file metadata.

Permitted Edits

You’re welcome to make practical adjustments such as:

• resizing

• recoloring

• repositioning

• prepping for print

as long as the core artwork remains recognizable and intact.

Indemnification

You agree to use the artwork responsibly and hold the Licensor harmless from issues that arise from unauthorized or improper use.

GIG License

Grant of License

A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the graphic in one (1) product line.

Examples:

• One t-shirt design

• One hoodie model

• One tote bag style

• One type of accessory

Distribution

• Personal or commercial use

• Worldwide sales, both physical and online

Restrictions

• Not for multiple product lines or multiple separate projects

• No redistribution or selling the artwork as a standalone digital file

• No sublicensing

Credit

Not required (but always appreciated).

Ownership

The artwork remains the intellectual property of Junglwest.

Term

Valid for the lifetime of the chosen product line.

TOUR License

Grant of License

A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the graphic across multiple product lines within one brand, store, or label.

Great for seasonal drops, expanding collections, or multi-item product families.

Distribution

• Worldwide

• Physical retail, wholesale, e-commerce, marketplaces

Restrictions

• No redistribution, sublicensing, or selling the artwork as a standalone asset

• Design may be adapted for branding as long as the original artwork remains intact

• NFT/Web3 use is not included

Credit

Not required (but always appreciated).

Ownership

The artwork remains the intellectual property of Junglwest.

Term

No expiration. Use it across qualifying product lines indefinitely.
