GENERAL LICENSING FAQ

What does "one-time use license" mean?
A one-time license allows you to use a work in one clearly defined project or use only. If you want to reuse the same work in another project, event, product, or print, a new license required.
Do I own the work after purchase?
No.
All works remain the intellectual property of the artist. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership.
Are these licenses exclusive?
No.
All licenses are non-exclusive unless stated otherwise in a custom agreement.
Are these licenses royalty-free?
Yes, in the sense that there are no ongoing royalties, but usage is strictly limited by scope. Each license covers a defined use only.
Can I resell, redistribute, or sublicense the files?
No.
Files may not be resold, shared, sublicensed, or redistributed in any form.
Is NFT, blockchain, or AI training use allowed?
No.
NFT, blockchain, Web3 use, and AI training are not included under standard licenses.
What happens if I break the license terms?
Any unauthorized use results in immediate license termination.
SOUND — MUSIC LICENSING
Can I use this music in a YouTube video or film?
Yes.
A one-time use music license allows you to use the track in one video, film, podcast episode, or comparable project, including monetized content.
What license is included with music purchases?
All music is licensed under a One-Time Use Music License.
What does “one-time use” mean?
You may use the track(s) in one (1) defined creative project only.
Examples:
• One film or video
• One podcast episode
• One promotional or social media project
• One student or portfolio project
New edits, alternate versions, sequels, or a different project require a new license.
What if I edit or re-cut my video?
Minor edits to the same project allowed.
New versions, alternate edits, sequels, or spin-offs require a new license.
Is there a deadline to release my project?
Yes.
Your project must be released within 36 months of purchase.
• Released within 36 months → license becomes perpetual for that project
• Not released → license expires automatically
Can I monetize my project?
Yes.
Monetized use is allowed for the licensed project.
Can I use the same track in another project?
No.
Each project requires its own license.
Is credit required?
• Personal or private use → not required
• Public or official release → required

What file formats are included?
• MP3 (24-bit / 48kHz) included
• WAV / AIFF masters available upon request (via purchase email)

What license options are available?
Two options:
• One-Time Use License (single event)
• Tour License (1 Year) (multiple performances)
What does the One-Time Use license allow?
Use for one live event, including:
• One concert, DJ set, theater or fashion show
• One exhibition or installation
• Rehearsals
• One livestream
• Event recap or after-movie
If you perform again, a new license is required.
What does the Tour License allow?
Use for multiple performances over 12 months, including:
• Tours, festivals, club shows
• Gallery installations
• Projection mapping
• Livestreams & virtual shows
• Performance recordings & promo recaps
What technical setups are allowed?

What is not allowed?
• Reuse beyond the license scope
• File sharing or resale
• Uploading to VJ or stock platforms
• Derivative visual remixes
• NFT or blockchain use
• Permanent installations beyond the license term
PRINTS — FINE ART & PHOTOGRAPHY FILES
What license options are available for prints?
• One-time use (Standard)
• Commercial Use License
Can I print and display the artwork at home or in an office?
Yes.
The Standard One-Time Use license allows you to print one physical copy and display it in homes, offices, hotels, or commercial interiors.
Can interior designers license prints for clients?
Yes.
Interior designers may license a file on behalf of a client for display purposes only.
Can I sell the printed artwork?
Only with a Commercial One-Time Use License.
The Standard license does not allow resale or retail distribution.
Can I make multiple prints from one license?
No.
Each physical print requires its own license unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Is attribution required?
• Personal use → not required
• Commercial or public display → recommended

GRAPHICS — STREETWEAR & BRAND ART
What license options are available?
• One-Time Use License (one product line)
• Brand License (multiple product lines under the same brand)
What does the One-Time Use license allow?
Use the graphic on one (1) product line, such as:
• One t-shirt design
• One hoodie
• One tote or accessory type
Valid for the lifetime of that product.
What does the Brand License allow?
Use the graphic across multiple product lines within the same brand or shop.
Ideal for:
• Capsule collections
• Seasonal drops
• Expanding product families
No expiration.
Can I edit the graphic?
Yes — practical edits only, such as:
• Resizing
• Recoloring
• Repositioning
• Print preparation
The core artwork must remain recognizable.
Can I sell the PNG file itself?
No.
The graphic may only be used on finished products — not sold or shared as a standalone file.
Is credit required?
No.
Credit is optional but appreciated.
