What is performance licensing?

Performance licensing grants permission to use visual works in live, spatial, or time-based environments such as stages, installations, and exhibitions.
You're licensing ho and where the visuals are performed, not buying ownership.

The artist retains all rights.

What can I do with a one-time use license?

A one-time use license covers one live event or performance, including:
• one concert, DJ set, theater, or fashion show
• one exhibition or installation
• one live stream
• one event recap or after-movie
If the visuals are used again at another event, a new license is required.

What can I do with Tour license?

A tour license is designed for repeated use over time.
It allows you to use the visuals across:
• multiple live events

• livestreams and virtual shows
• performance recordings and promo recaps

The tour license is valid for defined term (typically 12 months) and can be renewed.

What can't I do with either license?

You may not:
• resell, redistribute, or sublicense the visuals
• upload files to VJ pools or stock platforms
• create derivative visual remixes
• use visuals for NFT, blockchain, or AI training
• instal visuals permanently beyond the license scope

If you use changes, the license must change with it.
