One-Time Use License Agreement

ONE-TIME USE LICENSE AGREEMENT 
This One-Time Use License (“License”) is a legal agreement between Junglwest (“Licensor”) and the purchaser (“Licensee”) governing the use of the licensed work “Cuba (2013) by Russian Spy”.
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Work, Licensee agrees to these terms.

1. Grant of License
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Work in one (1) clearly defined project.
Examples include:
• Film or short film
• Online video or digital release
• Podcast episode
• Promotional media
• Installation or defined presentation
This license applies to one final project only.

2. Scope of Use
The Work may be:
• Synchronized with visual media
• Edited for timing within the project
• Monetized within the licensed project
New projects, sequels, spin-offs, alternate versions, or reuse require a new license.

3. Release Term
The licensed project must be released within five (5) years of purchase.
Upon release within this period, the license becomes:
• Worldwide
• Perpetual
• Valid for the lifetime of that specific project
If the project is not released within five years, the License may require revalidation by the Licensor.

4. Restrictions
The Licensee may not:
• Use the Work in more than one project
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Work
• Upload the Work as a standalone file
• Claim authorship or ownership
• Use the Work for NFT, blockchain, or AI training purposes
Unauthorized use terminates the License immediately.

5. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest remain with the artist.
This License does not transfer copyright ownership.

6. Attribution
For public release, credit should be given as:
[Work Title] by [Artist Name]

7. Deliverables
The License includes the digital files provided at purchase and corresponding license documentation.

8. Acceptance
Purchase or download of the Work constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
