'Machine Learning' by A.V.Serzhen is a conceptual string duet for viola and cello, written at a moment when artificial intelligence was already present but still half-hidden—learning quietly, watching, copying, optimizing, inventing, and yet stopping short of being human. The album doesn’t comment on AI as a tool; it treats it as a process unfolding in parallel with human thought.

The work unfolds as a three-part chamber concerto, moving from strict fugue into fragmentation and abstraction. Melodic logic gradually erodes, replaced by repetition, gaps, and mechanical pulse—until music starts to resemble analysis rather than expression. What begins as coherent dialogue between strings slowly thins into structure, pattern, and absence, punctuated by bare, click-like rhythms.

As A.V.Serzhen describes it, 'Machine Learning' is Renaissance composition fed through a shredder. Classical form is present, but stressed, deconstructed, and stripped of comfort. ONE-TIME USE MUSIC LICENSE AGREEMENT

This One-Time Use License (“License”) is a legal agreement between Junglwest (“Licensor”) and the purchaser (“Licensee”) for the licensed audio track(s) (“Track” / “Music Work”).

🎬 1. What You’re Allowed to Do

You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable, one-time-use license to use the Track(s) in one (1) creative project, such as:

  • 🎥 Independent / low-budget film
  • 📺 YouTube or online video
  • 📱 Social media content
  • 📢 Promotional clip
  • 🎙 Podcast episode
  • 🎓 School / student / portfolio work
  • 🧪 Comparable single-project media

📌 2. One Project Only

This license applies to one defined project.

  • New edits, recuts, sequels, spin-offs, or alternate versions = new license required
  • Same track, different project = not allowed

⏳ 3. Release Window (36 Months)

To keep things fair and clear:

  • Your project must be published or released within 36 months of purchase
  • If not released within 36 months → license expires automatically

Once released within the window, the license becomes:

  • 🌍 Worldwide
  • ♾ Perpetual (lifetime)
  • 🔒 Locked to that single project only

🚫 4. What’s Not Allowed

You may not:

  • Use the same track in more than one project
  • Create sequels or expanded versions
  • Re-license, sub-license, or resell the music
  • Upload the raw audio as a standalone file
  • Mint the track as an NFT
  • Claim authorship or ownership
